Windows wants to install software for the Digitilt DataMate II USB. Choose “Install from a list or specific location”. Windows asks you to shoose search and installation options. Choose “Don’t search. I will choose the driver to install.” Click Next. Windows asks you to select the device driver. Choose the newest driver. 64-bit Windows will not work. Download “usb-update.zip”. Open the folder and double click the file “usb-update.bat” to start the update. The 32 bit USB drivers will be preinstalled. You may be notified that the drivers are unsigned. Unplug USB devices connected to your PC. Your USB mouse can be left. Note: This is applicable only for Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7 & above). Design Space is not supported on Windows XP & Vista operating systems. Step 1 – Download and extract driver file.
